Sales Administrator – Full Time – Glasgow HQ

We’re looking for a smart and systems-savvy Sales Administrator to join our Mission Control team.
The position will be based full-time in our Glasgow HQ (just off George Square), and would suit an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge.
What you’ll be doing
The Mission Control team sits at the heart of our business operation and is responsible for getting all our deals processed and live on the itison website every day.
You’ll play a key role in the core day-to-day function of itison.com and your duties will include;
Working through a high volume of tasks, at a fast pace
Processing deal & event features, including data processing from contract stage to factchecking, copywriting, image selecting & correcting errors
Setting up daily email campaigns, checking the correct features are listed and writing eye-catching and effective copy and subject lines
Setting up and maintaining our in-house hotel booking system, Reservations Manager
Liaising with the businesses we work with, both on the phone and over email to get their deals live and trouble-shoot any questions
Working closely with our sales, marketing, and customer support teams - troubleshooting issues for these departments, keeping them up to date on new deals, and giving feedback where guidelines aren’t being met.
Working closely with other departments on day-to-day operations, seasonal campaigns, and new projects to deliver exciting content to itison members
Other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the company in its growth goals
Full training will be provided on team tasks and on our company systems.

Confident with computers and strong experience of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

Salary £25k - £27k depending on experience
