We’re currently looking for a Chef de Partie for three of our venues - Brel, Jacques and Epicures. This is a really exciting opportunity for any chef looking to join a fantastic company where there is huge room for progression. All three venues have also either recently had a full refurb or are just about to (Epicures).
Each of the units that we’re recruiting for are in prime locations in Glasgow’s West End serving up fantastic, innovative, fresh, local food. They’re all really busy units that benefit from a great working environment, passionate teams and repeatedly good reviews from customers. We want to continue to progress and improve on what we do and that is where you come in!
To help us achieve this we’re looking for a Chef de Partie for each unit with a passion and love of food. This is a full-time role covering a 7-day operation and will include evening and weekend work. We will also expect you to be flexible and available to work across all units in the group, as and when needed.
This role would suit an existing Chef de Partie looking for an exciting change, or someone with 2 years’ kitchen experience, looking for a step up.
