We’re currently have vacancies for Commis Chef's, this is a really exciting opportunity for any chef looking to get experience in very unique venues and  join a fantastic company where there is huge room for progression.

The core missions of the Commis Chef

We’re looking for a skilled and talented professional to:

  1. Assist in a section of the kitchen, ensuring great food in a great environment
  2. Work alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie to ensure smooth running of the kitchen operations
  3. Work with the kitchen team to ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard

The core skill set and requirements

  • Professional Cookery qualification preferred
  • Experience of working in a time-pressured, fast paced, hospitality environment
  • Self-motivated, professional, organised and punctual
  • Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Driven, dedicated, and keen to learn and develop
  • Great presentation skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience of working with a team to cater for private events and large group bookings would be helpful but not essential.

The salary and benefits package

  • Salary from £10.42 per hour depending on experience + approx £2 per hour tips (TRONC)
