This is a one-year accelerator programme where you will be fast-tracked to becoming a full-time member of the itison sales and account management team.

What’s the role? 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Mastering all the itison services & products to be able to consult directly with Scotland’s hospitality leaders on shaping strategy for their businesses
  • Working closely with a designated, experienced team member to support their daily activities, assisting with administration and research tasks  
  • Developing business relationships and managing a bank of your own key accounts
  • Attending meetings, learning the art of negotiation best practice for using our systems
  • Learning the core fundamentals of sales including working to targets and deadlines

You will be paired with a Senior Account Manager who will coach & mentor your development over a six-month period, at which point you will ‘graduate’ to become an independent team member.

This is a challenging role where you will be given the support you need to grow while challenging yourself and developing your own skills. You’ll also spend time in other departments across the company learning different skills and gaining insight into the overall business.

Skills 
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry & discovering new experiences  
  • Degree educated with a first class or 2:1 honours classification in any discipline
  • Newly graduated or have up to two years professional work experience
  • Smart, confident, personable and responsible with bags of enthusiasm and ambition
  • A quick learner & good listener with the ability to take instruction and work independently
  • Comfortable using different systems and savvy enough to learn/find out what you don’t know
  • Preferably, have a full, clean driving license and be excited about the opportunity to explore all the untapped experiences across the cities we work with
