We’re looking for an IT Assistant to join our busy Operations team at our Glasgow HQ.

Working on everything from general IT requests to developing our SharePoint architecture, you’ll be creative and be able to share innovative ideas to the team.
This is a hands-on role, so you'll be working alongside our Systems and Process Manager, but also working across the business helping with any IT requests
What’s the role?
Managing day-to-day IT issues and requests from all areas of the business.
Developing and implementing an IT knowledge base to encourage our team to develop their own skills and confidence.
Working to develop our SharePoint architecture so each department / business area has a site that works for their unique needs.
Working with our Systems and Process Manager to ensure we’re using up-to-date processes and technologies to enable our team to work smartly with an emphasis on security.
Working within the Operations team to help all areas of the business deliver their goals to support the company roadmap.
Analysing data to provide useful reports to Department Heads to shape B2B and member (customer) strategies.
Do you fit the bill?
At least 2 years’ experience working in an office using your IT / System Administration knowledge.
An expert using Office 365, SharePoint site building & management, and previous experience of Active Directory administration.
A strategic thinker who can analyse data sets and produce insightful reports that can help us towards our goals.
A good communicator, able to help (in person or remotely) and support colleagues with their IT and system-related issues and help to manage our operational partnerships.
Experienced in IT purchasing, processing purchase orders etc.
Creative and able to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Enthusiastic contributor to daily work-flow patterns within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Super-organised and able to prioritise consistent project work alongside in-the-moment IT issue / question interruptions.
