With Epicures about to undergo a major overhaul including a full refurb, we’ve got an incredible opportunity for a top-notch General Manager to help us take the venue forward and give locals a neighbourhood spot to be proud of. We're looking for an experienced manager and 'foodie', to work alongside the Head Chef and be responsible for all aspects of the business & management of staff. You will be accountable for all aspects of the running of Epicures, from customer satisfaction and training to profitability and overall standards. You will be tasked with the daily running of the restaurant along with supervising of events. This is a full-time role where you will be expected to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
As General Manager, you will be supported by a strong and experienced team of Assistant Manager and supervisors, as well as a great restaurant team. You will also have the support of the group’s Operations team, which includes Marketing, Finance and HR support.
This role would suit someone in an existing GM role, looking for an exciting change, or a strong/experienced Assistant GM, looking for a step up.
